As a “ Self-taught “ Chef , Brian has worked in the restaurant business all his life. Starting as a dishwasher then Sous chef and manager at 18.
In 1988 he became owner/operator of Beau Quest Eatery on the northside of Syracuse. In 2002 Brian opened Bella Domani Catering & Banquets and has continued to further crafting his trade.
Brian is a former columnist for Table hopping and has articles picked up by the Syracuse Business Journal. Brian was guest host for local television show “The Italians “and has appeared on numerous television and radio programs broadcasting locally. His accolades include numerous awards for the best and hottest wings , having his food published in major advertisements such as “ Pizza Today “ and “ Got Milk “ adds.
